We offer Mat and equipment based classes, which comprise small groups with 1 instructor to every 4 participants. This provides you with more 1:1 attention to develop and improve your practice.​

 

Pilates, originating from Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, is a low-impact exercise method focused on strengthening core muscles, improving posture and enhancing flexibility and balance.

Pilates is often used by Physiotherapists to aid injury recovery and prevention, with regular practice promoting muscle strengthening and supporting overall body awareness and coordination.


We’re excited to offer flexible Pilates class options designed to fit your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to drop in occasionally or commit to a more consistent routine, we’ve got you covered. Our convenient drop-in rates are perfect for those with busy schedules who want to join a class whenever they can, while our 5-class and 10-class packs offer great value and flexibility -valid for 7 weeks and 14 weeks respectively. You can use your class pack to book into any of our available sessions, making it easier than ever to stay active, build strength, and move with confidence on your own terms. Our instructors work closely with our Physiotherapists and adapt exercises around your specific needs, abilities and range of movements. They are also tailored to accommodate injuries and ailments.

Mat Based

Equipment Based

Our equipment-based Pilates class offers a dynamic, full-body workout using specialised apparatus to enhance strength, flexibility, and control. The class features the Reformer machine, which provides resistance through springs and pulleys to support and challenge your movements, improving core strength and posture. We also offer access to the Cadillac machine, the only one available in the local area - ideal for both rehabilitation and advanced training, with a wide range of exercises for mobility, spinal alignment, and muscular balance. Additionally, the Split Pedal Chair targets stability and lower body strength, offering versatile exercises that improve balance and coordination. Suitable for all levels, this studio-based class is perfect for those looking to elevate their Pilates practice with expert guidance and premium equipment.

Our Availability

Classes

We offer 1 hour Pilates classes on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
Mondays: 8:15am - 9:15am, 9:30am - 10:30am and 10:45am - 11:45am
Tuesdays: 8:00am - 9:00am, 9:30am - 10:30am and 10:45am - 11:45am

1:1 Inductions

We offer 1:1 inductions, which comprise a 30 minute class with our instructor to cover the fundamentals of Pilates. This is recommended for new participants to prepare them for our group sessions and to recommend a suitable group for your ability.

For those that would like complete 1:1 attention, 1:1 Pilates sessions are available on a one off or weekly basis.
