Pilates Instructor
Sally has a background in dance, movement, and drama, which allows her to bring a creative and holistic approach to Pilates practice. Her journey has taken her from performance training into the world of wellness, where she discovered a passion for helping people move with strength, confidence, and ease.

Sally has taught across a range of settings, from Nuforma’s innovative reformer sessions to AWGF’s charity over-60s classes, and within welcoming community spaces such as Serinity Space and Phoenix Studio in London. These experiences have given her the privilege of working with people of all ages and abilities, tailoring movement to support rehabilitation, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
Sally works closely with our Physiotherapists to bring clinical elements to her sessions including adapting exercises around injuries, mobility, health conditions and range of movement to provide a safe and effective option for rehabilitation and injury prevention.
She is passionate about using Pilates as a tool to restore balance in both body and mind, and she loves seeing how mindful movement can transform the way people feel in daily life.
Beyond the studio, she enjoys walking through beautiful gardens, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends, all of which inspire her.
